Released in 2022, New Balance’s “Protection Pack” of 2002R colorways, like the “Violet,” updates the shoe’s design with exciting new design elements. Specifically, the shoe features an “unfinished” or “raw” treatment with jagged edges along its Violet suede overlay panels. A tonal mesh base continues the shoe’s predominantly monochromatic purple vibe. An ABZORB-cushioned midsole ensures comfort. Release date: April 2, 2022.
